Our commitment

Coaching That Clicks wants this site to work for everyone who visits, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology like screen readers, magnifiers or voice control. Accessibility is ongoing work here. We keep improving it as we build and update pages.

What’s in place right now

An accessibility toolbar on the site. We use the OneTap accessibility toolbar. Open it from the accessibility button on the page to adjust the site for you:

  • Ready-made profiles: Vision Impaired, Seizure Safe, ADHD Friendly, Blindness and Epilepsy Safe modes.
  • Text: bigger or smaller text, a more readable font, and changes to line height, letter spacing, text alignment and font weight.
  • Color: light contrast, high contrast or monochrome.
  • Reading help: a reading line or reading mask, a bigger cursor, highlighted links or content, hidden images, and a switch to stop animations.
  • Quick jumps: skip straight to the main content, the navigation or the footer.
  • Languages: the toolbar itself is available in many languages.
  • Your toolbar choices can be reset at any time with Reset Settings.

A skip link. Keyboard users can press Tab when a page loads to find a “Skip to content” link that jumps past the menu.

Care on newer pages. Pages we build now are checked for text and background color contrast, keep buttons large enough to tap, and calm or stop their motion when your device is set to reduce motion.

Known limits

We’d rather tell you than have you find out the hard way:

  • Some older pages haven’t been reviewed yet and may have contrast, heading or image-description gaps.
  • Some videos may not have accurate captions or transcripts yet.
  • Some PDFs and downloads may not work well with screen readers.
  • Some pieces come from other services we use (for example sign-up forms, video players, checkout and our members’ community), and we can’t fully control how accessible they are.
  • The toolbar helps a lot, but it can’t fix every barrier on its own.

This site hasn’t had an independent accessibility audit, and we don’t claim that it fully meets any accessibility standard. We’re working on it, page by page.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site gets in your way, please tell us. It genuinely helps, and you won’t be bothered with anything else for writing in.

Email us at he***@****************ks.com, or use our Contact page.

It helps to include:

  • the page address (or the page name)
  • what you were trying to do and what got in the way
  • the device, browser and any assistive technology you use, if you’re comfortable sharing

We’ll get back to you within 48 to 72 hours. If you need something from this site in a different format, ask, and we’ll work with you to find a way.
